Vernon R. Stanley, MD, PhD is presently a practicing Emergency Physician and Regional Medical Director for a physician management group. His experience includes over 30 years of emergency medicine - 20 years at the Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston, WV, one of the largest cardiac centers in the country and a Level I Trauma Center. He holds the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO and the MD degree from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA.
