COVID-19 Response:

  • Package Delays: Orders ship from our warehouse the next business day after your order is placed (i.e. orders placed on a Friday will not ship until Monday).  Currently, package transit times are prolonged for all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) due to recent storms, increased shipping volume & the ongoing COVID pandemic.  Delays are particularly prolonged in states with heavy COVID restrictions.  We apologize for any delay.
  • Email: 24/7 so please check your email (and spam/junk folders) for our replies.
  • Phone Service: For the safety of our staff, phone service will be limited. You will be asked to leave a message; we will return calls in the order received as soon as possible.
  • Returns:  We have resumed returns which may be made within 30 days of purchase; please contact us using the form below to request a return label.  Restocking fees apply.
