Do you have a return?
Returns may be made within 30 days of your purchase. Any materials which are returned must be in new condition. Please complete the form below, including the reason for your return, to request a return label. For online courses, the online portion must be less than 50% completed. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Priority or upgraded mailing fees are non refundable.

PACKAGE DELAYS: Orders ship from our warehouse the next business day after your order is placed (i.e. orders placed on a Friday will not ship until Monday). Currently, package transit times are prolonged for all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) due to increased shipping volume and the ongoing COVID pandemic, and particularly prolonged in states with heavy COVID restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
