No. Our online ECG courses are ideal for continuing medical education or for further training as a student while enrolled in an accredited college or university program. But taking the courses alone does not issue an ECG or Monitor Technician capability.
Although we do not have a partnership with any programs, these have been recommended by clients:

The topics of Rhythms and 12-lead ECG are taught separately, primarily to accommodate our wide audience of participants. Many of our providers find the Animated Rhythms Course a convenient brush-up course prior to sitting for certification or recert exams. The topic of 12-lead ECG is covered, comprehensively in the 12-lead ECG Course and in the follow up 50 Case Study (review) Course.

If you have finished the course, you will need to submit your final exam for “final evaluation”. This will then take you to a page where you will select the best certificate of completion for your needs – General, CME, or CE.

If you need to reprint a previously printed certificate, please login to your course, click “Continue Course” and you will be taken to the list of options from which you may print your certificate of completion. If it’s been more than one year since you completed your course, allow our customer support team several days to retrieve your file in our system.

If you have placed your order and allowed time for processing, but have not received a confirmation email, we ask that you check your spam, trash or junk email files in case they have been transmitted to these locations. For future correspondence, please adjust your email settings to allow by email from “ECGcourse.com”. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us.

In general, we allow 7-10 business days (14 calendar days) if receiving via Standard Economy Mail from order date for materials to arrive on orders in the lower 48 United States. Priority Mail is generally received in 3-4 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays.) Please note that all orders are processed via US Post Office. 

In some situations, the materials may be waiting at the local PO, and the customer will receive a notice that they have a package waiting at the post office for pickup. A delay in shipping may occur with orders including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii. Coupons granting “Free Shipping“ will default to the 7-10 day period for Standard Economy or Media Mail.

Please see our returns policy for each course, listed under “Course Overview” for each course tab on the homepage. Generally, returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund cannot be issued if any of the online portion is more than 25% complete and/or the materials have been marked or written in. All books must be in resellable condition. Any returns with missing items or used materials will have the retail quantity of the missing or damage item deducted from the refund. When returning your items, please contact us to receive a shipping label for return. The cost of original shipping in addition to the return shipment will be deducted from your return. If shipping independently without a pre-approved return label, it is strongly recommend that you use shipping with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance to ensure that your package may be tracked in the event that it is lost. We cannot issue a refund on an order items which have not been received. There is a restocking fee for each course or item. Please see course description for restocking fees. If all three courses (ECG Intensive) were purchased, your return fee will be 6% of the purchase fee.

Please note: for returns of larger group orders, your refund will be assessed an additional 4% of the merchandise purchase cost.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the return and refund process. All tender is refunded in the form in which it was first exchanged (i.e. credit/debit cards receive credit to the same card; check will be issued for check orders to the original payee, etc). A refund required via money order will incur a restocking fee which varies by course – please see each course link for individual cost. If the materials returned have been written in, highlighted, damaged, bent, torn or show any signs of use, your refund will be assessed less the retail cost of the book which is in used condition.

All certificate links are found at the end of the online courses. After submitting your final exam, you should see three links by which you will select the appropriate certificate of completion. After logging in to your course account, click “Print my Certificate”, then select your certificate of choice. Should you still have difficulty, please contact us.

Previously, this course required Adobe Flash to experience the interactive functionality. We recently converted the Flash content to Mp4 videos. These videos provide the full animated rhythm tutorial, but they are not interactive. If you are experiencing any issues playing the videos, we recommend closing other applications and/or downloads that could be using memory/resources on your device.

Currently, ECGcourse.com does not provide any international services, except to Canada. No exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Package Delays: Orders ship from our warehouse the next business day after your order is placed (i.e. orders placed on a Friday will not ship until Monday). Currently, package transit times are prolonged for all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) due to increased shipping volume and the ongoing COVID pandemic, and particularly prolonged in states with heavy COVID restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
